After giving art lessons for 10 years at my children's elementary school, they've grown into great artists and I've found the time to get back to my own art. My love for the impressionist and art nouveau is now heavily influenced by children's whimsy. My backyard studio encourages a bit of nature in every piece, and frequent trips to Mexico keep me going back to my love for "Day of the Dead' and folk art. I work in a studio in my backyard but also paint live at local art and music events.
